Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been packed and handed to our courier partner.
Shipping Time & Charges
We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines once an order is shipped:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote / rural pincodes: 7–10 business days
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount, and all Cash on Delivery orders, carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it anytime from My Account → My Orders, or via our Track Order page using your order number and registered mobile number.
Delays
While we work hard to meet the timelines above, delivery can occasionally be delayed due to weather, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable. Orders that remain undelivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund as applicable.
